I have a question i have the z30 and a q10. is it possible to say use the z30 for a week the swap all info like text,bbm,call log. to the q10? and then back that way i can just use what device i want without loosing all my stuff. i tried backing up the Z30 but when i go to restore the q10 it just copys my media. says it cant copy all of the data because something about the software both have the latest up date from Verizon. sorry if this is a stupid question. is this possible? thanks in advance for any help

I believe there is an app in BBW that saves that stuff to your sd card, but other than that I use to swap between the two ,

The key to a seamless transfer is in the clouds. No I mean literally Use any cloud to backup your data instead of the regular backups via BlackBerry Link. Personally I use an app called SMS BackUp and save the backup files to OneDrive from where I can restore immediately without a need of a computer. I save my passwords to Enpass which is synced to Dropbox (just for safety reasons in case OneDrive would ever fail), all my media are saved on an SD card and last but not least all my emails, contacts and calendar events are synced with Google, so I don't have to worry about it at all
