Hello,

I am able to use the phone calling side of Bluetooth, as in, I can talk to people via Bluetooth thru my car stereo or ear piece, but I am unable to stream any kind of audio thru A2DP, i.e music. I reinstalled the OS 3 times with no luck and have rebooted multiple times. Had no issues previous to 10.2.1.1055. My Z10 friends have no issues with it on 10.2.1.1055.

In the music player, there is an option in the right side jump menu on what device you would like to stream the music, I select Bluetooth and nothing happens. AUX port, handset and loudspeaker all work fine.

Anyone come across the same thing? If so, any fix?

I just realized I posted this is the z30 forum. Any way of moving it to the q10?

I'm having the same problem streaming audio files from Q10 to my g37x via BT. Never had this problem until updated my phone to leaked 10.2 .

Everything seems to be working, player launches on Q10 as well as on car radio, song starts playing...but no sound. This drives me insane...

I'm having a problem steaming slacker radio in my jeep when starts the music player starts at the same time so I have 2 songs playing at once....wtf....!
Then slacker sounds like a record player sloooow. Anybody have any ideas....is it slacker....? just got the phone yesterday. Just about ready to send back if it's a software and get a android phone getting sick of the primitive crap....of blackberry....!

Your Jeep probably launches the music player app alongside the Slacker Radio app. My Ford with Sync does the same exact thing over bluetooth. The slow playing probably has something to do with two audio streams trying to play at once.
When I go to use Slacker in the car, I let the music app open, close it, then I start the Slacker stream. I just wish that Slacker, Blackberry and Ford would all get on the same page with the App Link, it worked (sort of) with my 9930 but it doesn't want to with my BB10 devices.

Yup, same issue for me. I actually called my Bluetooth company the other day and they told me that the issue was coming from my Bluetooth so they're sending me a replacement. I had a feeling that wasn't really the case and now I know it's not the issue after reading this. The strange thing is that it worked for a couple of days after I installed the latest leak on my Q10. Does anyone have anymore information on this? Thanks a lot!
