I went from a Blackberry slider with keyboard to a Z30 about 14 months ago. At the store, I tried typing on a Z10 and the virtual keyboard was just to small for me to type quickly and accurately, however, I found typing on the larger Z30 as good if not better than on a keyboard. I believe you will be very happy with the Z30. The new Passport and Classic have better battery life, more telco frequencies installed/available on the paratek antenae, and a few other improvements, however, I am sure you will find the Z30 a great choice given the price difference. The Z30 hardware is good enough to handle software upgrades for at least another 3 years, so enjoy your new Z30 when it arrives.

I always find it funny, when the Black Friday and Holiday sales were on, the black Z30 would be out of stock.
But soon after the sales are completed, they are full stock once again.

Once it is tagged for shipper pickup you should get a tracking number.

The Z30 is a great choice. The Passport is expensive and if your finances suggest that the Z30 is better for you then so be it. You got a great phone at a great price.

I've just had mine about 3 days. Moved (well, moving, migrating) from a Z10. I like it. Just used a usb-to-go adapter and was able to plug in a thumb drive. Now I will be able to backup my camera pictures when on a trip.

The screen is dim and isn't as sharp as BlackBerry could have made it.
On the upside though it's a beautifully designed phone and the keyboard is amazing because of the larger display.
