    Dear BlackBerry Z30 users, Could anybody help me with following issue, in the latest time I have problems with the integrated phone software on my BlackBerry Z30. This application is stopping to work properly numbers of times per day. The problem is like described below. When it happens then the phone is not reacting on anything. I can do what ever with my fingers - I cannot start any phone call or to dial any number, or to initiate contact search in my contacts. To get it work again I should reboot the device. It is very annoying! Please, suggest me your ideas what could we done to avoid such "interesting" time being! Thank you very much in advance for your help and information!

    If the phone application is freezing like that, I'm thinking it's the software and you might be better off reloading the OS.

    What is the "history" of the device? Are you the original owner, or did you buy it "used" from a third party?
    If you bought it used, then YES, wipe and reload the OS with an "official" release, using BB Link, not a leak or autoloader. Those do work, but sometimes there are feature missing, hobbled, or just plain wonky.
