Problems with BBZ30 Contacts Application

Hi Guys, for the past one week I am facing problem with BBZ30 -BB10.2.1 contacts application

1. The Contacts wont toggle to White Screen
2. Google Sync intermittently but is linking non similiar contacts in bulk :-(
3. Tried syncing iCloud with Google Contacts and then resyncing iCloud with BBZ30 Contacts but it wont sync
4. The same problem with Outlook.com contacts sync

I have now exported all my contacts( Google/gmail) to Outlook 2013 on Desktop and am going to store it locally.

Guys please share probable solutions. Contacts is the most imp feature of the Phone and cant mess with that

Don't know the answer.....

I would first try deleting all of the accounts and then re-enabling them.

If that didn't fix it:

Backup the device.
Do a security wipe - or better yet a security wipe and reload the os.
Install each account.
If at all possible, don't restore the device - you will lose information, but you will have fewer problems.

The see if syncing is working... if not install a different OS version, I had one that also linked Contacts... might have been the official Verizon release. I am on 10.2.1.2947 now and have not had issues with Contacts. But I also don't do restores either.

I found that you can only sync gmail contacts that are grouped as "My Contacts" in gmail. You can create other contacts groups but all contacts need to be in the "My Contacts" group or the Z10 won't see them.
