    If I create a text, select "attach" then picture, my unfiled pictures open as thumbnails which I can see and select. However, if I select "Albums" it displays a thumbnail for each folder but when I select one it displays the pictures as blank thumbnails so I can't tell which photo to attach.

    This never used to happen. Am I missing something? This is very frustrating!

    Which OS? Have you tried hard restart?

    As far as I remember, I have never encountered this issue in any 10.3.1 OS versions.

    I've done a couple hard restarts but the problem still exists. My wife has the same phone. I'll see if it has the same problem tonight.

    Bump... Does anyone else have this problem or just me? I still haven't checked to see if my wife's Z30 has the same problem. I'll do that tonight.
