    Hello and pardon me for my English
    When I was on 10.2 before upgrading I used to download things with my BlackBerry browser, because when the download was interrupted I was able to continue downloading without starting from the beginning.
    But now on 10.3.1(1767 currently) when a download gets interrupted it starts to download from the first place!

    I'm looking for solution and as always I hope BlackBerry communication help to find out.
