Can't send, receive messages nor view notifications and channels on my z30 help.

First try resetting the Z30:

• Press and hold the two volume buttons, do not release them.
• The device with first say it took a screen shot, then the screen will turn off, and then the LED will flash red.
• Keep holding until the screen turns back on and you get the BlackBerry loading symbol with the circle forming around it.
• Then release the buttons.

Once the device has boot back up, wait about five minutes and then try BBM.
If all is fixed, then the reset worked.
If it is still acting up. make sure you are on a good 2g or better signal or on a good WiFi signal and you have the BlackBerry icon next to your signal bars in the notification area of the screen, normally top corner.
If you don't have the BlackBerry icon, then you are not connected to the BlackBerry services need to properly use BBM, you will need to move to a better coverage area or trouble shoot to see why your not connecting to BlackBerry.
