    In the past 4 days i have ordered and returned two Z30s ordered from Amazon. I have been trying to acquire a new Z30 STA100-5. I have been sent both a refurbished Z30 (by Shoptronics) that would not even turn on (box was beat to hell) and after returning that and ordering a new one, I received a brand new Z30 STA100-3 (Verizon) (by GotEsteem). WTF is happening at Amazon?!?!? Are its vendors seriously just down to the dregs vis-a-vis Z30s and sending any model any condition out the door?! Be careful people.

    That's why I pay ten bucks more and get a good quality one from amazon directly !

    I just got a brand new one off amazon from that same seller last week...

    Mines been awesome... brand new lookin box too...
