Deep breathes, it's REALLY hard to brick a BB10 device.

Here is the official article on the error you have (with resolution):

BlackBerry 10 smartphone will not startup and displays an image with a link to www.bberror.com/bb10-0020

So it seems you damaged either the battery or the charging connector, hence the error.

Contacting BB is actually easy... when you know how to... And we happen to!

Try to drying the device, soaked in rice container for a day. After drying the device and switch ON. If device is enable to switch ON, is good. If the device can't switch ON, the device has to visit local ICU.

hi..emailed the blackberry support "no respone yet" ..waiting

Meanwhile tried the soaking in rice for 2 and half days.(Could not be apart from it than that. .!")anyways.. before soaking it showed some error code for "Battery failure" .Then after leaving it in rice..Miraculously it switched on.!was hoping for the best .But then it switched itself off . i remember My Phone was fully charged before it got wet. Now there was no charge..anyways ...So took out my BB charger(which was also soaked in water) and put charge. When i connected my charger to phone it automatically "switched ON" i dont know why it happens After the initial screen of BBos loading it went into my home screen it RESTARTS again saying on 13 % battery..even though my phone is connected to charger it keeps restarting..again and again..Got Fed up for the first time..! Then some one on another forum said Put charge for 2 to 4 hours and then check..So its charging Now..Hoping for the Best..Else i would be very sad.. .My BBz30 was one of the few thing that i loved the most..!
hmmmmmm,..I'm feeling a bit run down..!

You will need to soak it with alcohol and let it air dry for a good days up to a week. That way the left over residual that came from the water will be dispersed.

You might try downloading an Autoloader from the OS Leak subforum. The original OS might have gotten messed up after the water bath.

Then, again, after immersion in water, it might really be ruined. You might be able to find a used one?

    Good luck.

Only only luck is removing the residual that the device had contact with the water. You can strip your device apart and use Isopropyl Alcohol 70-100% and rub it with a cotton bun.

Hi guysl thanks a lot again for your help ,it took a long time to recover from the loss of my phone.I still want to try out something .

So, could anyone please tell me or link me to any phone repair tools for blackberry online to buy ..i know it will void warranty ..So be it . its dead though. The blackberry service repair unit said(just after 5-10 min) my phone board damaged so cant repair it .need to replace whole board and its going to cost 80% of the phone itself.
So i decided to give it a shot by myself.Want to try out what "jtultu" has said.

any tools that will be essential would be good. Thanx.!

    Yes..yes..YES...!

After the loss of my old BlackBerryz30,

My new BlackBerry z30 has arrived.
Actually..i bought a second hand z30 for at 190$. It looks brand new.

Guys is 190 $ a bit pricy for a 10 month old phone?

. it looks brand new. no scratches.

Then only thing tats bugging me is bill has seller warranty! It's not mentioned manufacturers warranty. What does this mean? Is the phone refurbished.? Or is it fake?( it can't be fake rt).

    And thank again

So sorry to hear about the attacks there.

Also sorry about your phone, as far as your warranty, it getting wet also voids that as the tell tale stickers will show that.

Usually, a used phone does not have a manufacturer's warranty although I guess it could. But if it is 10 months old, then it only has/had a one year warranty anyway. Unless you can get separate insurance to cover loss or damage.

But it sounds like it is in good condition. So enjoy it.
