    i formatted my Z30 STA 100-5 running on 10.3.1....and during formatting the following appeared ."www.bberror.com/bb10-0015"
    .....i tried reloading OS with autolader but it didnot connect....please help me to fix it....i tried connecting it with the bb link again no response please help

    Try the autoloader again - turn the phone off when launching the autoloader, then turn it on when the loader shows 'connecting to bootrom'. If this still doesn't work, [edit] try using BlackBerry Link to restore the OS [edit]. If that doesn't work, search for 'sicwipe' on the forums - that might help you.

    It could be due to not using a proper autoloader for your device model. See article here for what to do with that error. BlackBerry 10 smartphone will not startup and displays an image with a link to www.bberror.com
