    Need your help please,

    Every time I make or Receive a phone call the receiver cannot hear me or sounds very poor or muffled. I can hear the receiver no problem but they can barely or cannot hear me at all. The only way I can have 2 way communication is when I link my Bluetooth to my car and speak that way.

    Is there a solution, I am up to date with all the necessary BlackBerry download updates. This has happened yesterday and had the phone for almost 1 year and this is the 1st time I have encountered this problem.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    The same thing happened to my Z30 after two months of use.

    Tried many things including a wipe and OS reload.

    In the end my carrier replaced it with a new Z30.

    Spewing, I bought this phone outright. Maybe it is still under warranty. Did you no the reason at the end Fen?

    Anyway I Will investigate thanks Fen.

    No, they said that they couldn't repair it and that it would have to be replaced.
