    I need to understand what it is that I am doing wrong when properly creating PDF' with our office computers, that makes them basically blank on my phone. Z10&30. After the files are emailed to me.

    PDF opens like this screen shot yet opens correctly on the laptop

    The problem does not seem to occur when I download a PDF from a Web link.

    Save it and try opening it from the Adobe Reader App directly, it's invoking the reader from the Hub in your screenshot
