    Hello guys!
    I'm going right to it! When I'm trying to download festive giveaway apps a problem appears! Because I'm living in Iran I have to use vpn and additionally turn off my network,

    Are you having issues with any other app?
    Do you by any chance own aPlayBook that's connected via the same BbId?

    I suppose this issue is because of my sim,is it possible to download paid apps without simcard?

    You should as long as you are connected via WiFi.
    If your blackberry ID has a credit card on file or you have PayPal linked to it. You should be able to pay straight from there.
