    I forgot my username and password for BlackBerry ID. How do I get a new account?

    You should be able to go there and reset your username and password. If you forgot both it'll ask you for your email address (which I'm sure you didn't forget...)

    I am not understanding what "screen name" refers to? I tried a few things but it keeps saying the text does not match the verification code.
