Ok... Please see pic... how did I manage to get smaller icons? Both screens were like this, but it reverted back to normal after a reset. All I know is that it happened after I accidentally turned on the camera

The only normal way you could see that would be having no current notifications and swiping up from bottom of home screen, then holding your finger there.
I'm sure you'd be aware if you had done that while performing a contortionist screenshot, so it's just some random glitch, I guess.
Does restarting your device reset the icon size?
Yes.. but the bottom phone and camera wouldn't be visible. They disappear when you swipe upwards.
Restarting the phone returned it to normal. I rather liked the smaller icons, but I can't seem to duplicate the glitch!

I've had this same glitch once and was never able to replicate it again. A simple restart returned the icons back to their normal state.
I donno... looks kinda cool to me!
