any Z30 can now be updated without using a leak version [ destructive].
    download sachesi 1.1
    unzip to desktop
    launch
    search country 208
    carrier 20
    device z30
    variant sta 100-2
    search
    download to download folder
install folder [ go to where that folder is]
[ do not press any other button/ .bar or refresh]

the installation is non destructive and will restore all your apps/instagram etc

    happy install

Download All to grab the files. It will download to the same folder that you have the Sachesi app in. Then move over to Install and start the OS install process.

Make sure you do a full backup using BB Link before hand just in case something happens. This is pretty fool proof but you never know.

I only get "searching for USB" whenever I've tried Sachesi. It just won't see my phone. I've tried with both development mode on and off. Link sees my phone as does my computer, but no success with Sachesi. Anyone have a suggestion? Would love to use this tool.

I've read in a few spots on here that it could be a USB driver issue with the OS you have on the PC, perhaps sending a PM To xsacha the poster who built sachesi will get you some help??

    Hi guys.
Couple things. I updated my new Z30 to this right away. After update I checked OS in settings. What's throwing me off is it says OS version .1791 but software release still says. 415, not 424. And radio says .1768 not .1792.
I did exactly what I was supposed to do. Any help pls

Radio should say 1792, redownload the .bar file for the radio (find 1791 as per the first post, click Grab Links with Sachesi, open the .txt that pops up, search for "qc8960.wtr5", download only that bar file and load it).

Software version should stay at whatever you had before until a security wipe, although a security wipe defeats the purpose of installing via Sachesi in the first place.

What are you installing with? Sachesi?

Try installing with the Google Chrome plugin (or Sachesi if you're using the Chrome plugin), or turn the .bar into a radio-only autoloader and load that way.

I've tried both, Chrome and Sachesi, no dice with either.

How do I change it to a radio-only autoloader?

Extract the .signed file from the .bar using Sachesi/Darcy's Tools (or rename it from .bar to .zip and extract that way). Then, use Sachesi/Darcy's Tools to create an autoloader from the Z30 1792 radio .signed file.

    I should've just left it.

    I just bricked it.

Now I gotta download the 1791 autoloader and unbrick.
