Can anyone in a nutshell explain why I can't order a new z30 for Verizon on BlackBerry website? Come on man this sux. Unless Verizon has a replacement alongside the Passport.

Maybe they gonna release the full touch screen passport or something.

Verizon is basically the only CDMA carrier in the US so BB must have decided to give them their allocation and sell their own GSM version online because I believe none of the GSM carriers originally were even going to carry the device at all...

And not showing this device off in stores was bullsh*t. I show people all the time the hot things of my z30 and most all are shocked at what it can do. I could list so many but we all know them here.

It's quite ironic, I'm out of contract & was about to switch to Verizon to join my wife & share data...was thinking about getting my first all-touch device with the Z30, now I'm either gonna stay with my trusty Q10 or (gasp) move to Android and try the One-M8.

Guess I could buy a Z30 from ShopBB and go to a GSM carrier but then I have to pay more for the phone...man, if I only I would have known, I could have pulled the trigger any time the last couple days & got one...hindsight always 20/20

Try online through the marketplace here or another reputable outlet. I got mine through the CrackBerry marketplace.
