For example, when you receive notifications from whatsapp or BBM, normally on android, you "bring down" the upper screen to view them. How is it for BB 10.2?How can view them instead?

You can set it on appear on lockscreen, and as a toast notification on any screen you are on. To access any message, swipe up and right from bottom to go to hub.

If your talking about messages that appear while your somewhere else in the OS beside the app that appeared you can clicked the instant reply button on the right to reply without leaving your current app or I think you can tap the message to be taken to the native app.
