Today 18 hours and still going. I think it convinced a close friend to get Z30 for battery life as I was with him and he said his SG4 never left the charger be it at work or in the car or at home
What do you guys think of this? Moderate usage with emails, phone calls and cb10
Why is the standby consuming 20%??

You are almost to 12 hours no problem! I think even 14-18 is ditto since 43% on Z30 means like another 2-6 hours left.
I was saved yesterday by the Z30 as after a late meeting, my car gear wouldn't shift for some reason and make many calls and to wait at least 2 hours for help and battery showed 35% or less and from that time till I reached home it was like another 3 hours so all in all even when I got home Z30 was at 11% and I had only charged it 18 hours earlier.
To be honest the way people have been shouting about the great battery life on the Z30 I was expecting more than this. My Z10 battery life on average is not far from this also, but glad you are happy with it.
Careful! Z10 in action!
That's usage dependant. My Z10 would be dead by 12pm, where my Z30 just powers on. Night and day difference. I'm a heavy user. And I can make the Z30 last a whole day. Here is a shot of mine for today, not all days is as good as today though. Depends on my usage.

Love the Z30's battery.

Agree with you completely on Z10 battery lasting by 12pm, if you were lucky and using it like me, as well as the difference being night and day and I totally get you on the usage as I'm in a similar boat with my Z30 lasting 12 hours with heavy use compared to Z10's 3-4 hours
Fully charged Saturday morning.
I have it on, every day from 8am to midnight.
Screen max brightness
2 email accounts, both fetch every 5 minutes
This is amazing!
