    For two days now, I can rarely send/receive texts, make or receive calls and BBM keeps failing. My service provider has assured me that everything is fine on their end. Does this mean my Z30 is faulty?

    I installed the software update which was sent to my BlackBerry Link yesterday, so it was official. I don't know about leaks and stuff so never installed one. The faults started before I updated too. I'm with O2.

    Have you tired a hard reset by holding the power up and power down buttons until you see the blue loading symbol, takes about 20-30sec

    I hope you get that figured out, maybe a security wipe would work if the rest doesn't. I know on my Z30 I've had the best reception for a phone yet.
