Happy Christmas all!

Playing around with a new Z30 and I've discovered that when I clicked the Picture icon, I'm taken to a black screen with Recent, Date and Albums along the bottom, but no photos are shown even though I have taken plenty.

I can only find photos through the file manager, but then, they aren't thumbnails of the actual photos, only an icon of a flower depicting it is a picture.

I'm running OS 10.2.0.429

Is this a known fault, or is my phone a one-off? Is there a way around it?

I have the same OS version. When in the photo app have you clicked on date button. It then lists all pictures according to the date they were taken as thumb nails.

I had tried it, scrolling across all three, but nothing ever appeared.

However, I have done a re-set (the one with the volume buttons!) and it is working now, so all should be ok! Yippee!!

I was wrong and celebrated too early.

It's gone again. There must be a bug in the system as after a minute, there's still nothing coming up on any of the pages (Recent, Date, Albums) at all...
