Well, I went in to The Source today to upgrade to a Z30. Manager who was very nice, told me The Source has no stock of ANY BB's, including of course, the Z30. He went on for several mins about how bad BB build quality has become since the 9900. Tried very heavily to steer me to Android. Told him no, I was set on a Z30. He went on again about how many returns from angry customers they process every week and warned me again to stay clear of BB devices and the new OS. While he was nice, I found it annoying how far out of his way he went to "warn" me against getting a new BB Z30. He said all Source stores had an RMA order put in and BB insisted they send all stock back. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of upgrading on Bell at The Source.

That really sucks. Did you go to bell directly to get the z30. I got mine last week, and the sales person did not try to talk me out of it. He did admit he is not very familiar with the phone but was in no way trying to steer me away.

I called a local Bell Dealer store and they're holding it for me until tomorrow morning. I called 5 mins before they closed. Will get it tomorrow.

$10 says at least 25% of those returns were because the user couldn't be bothered to learn how the nonstandard bb10 works and just called it "bad" instead.

make a complaint to the company... the source has a good feedback form on their website... you should do it, i used to work at the source and they do not teach their staff to do it that way... that manager was in the wrong and needs to be talked to

I found that too on the weekend. No Z30's at the Bell store or The Source in my home town on Saturday. On Sunday, I tried 3 more Bell stores in London (30 km away) and 2 Sources and no luck. The last Source I was in, the clerk asked if I wanted something else. I politely said I have the Q10, even showed him and said its the best and that the Z30 was for my wife and that is all she wants. I finally found a Z30 at a larger Bell store downtown and the clerk there, who was an iPhone user said the Z30 is a good device and that my wife will be very happy, moving up from the BB 9860 to the Z30. And guess what....my wife loves her Z30.
