Nice. Does that by any chance have a card reader built into it? Can't quite tell from the pics.

I just picked this one up a week ago. It's a nice, little (the pen cap is for size comparison) 64 GB from Patriot. The end opposite the cap plugs directly into a normal USB port. And, in case you were wondering, there's room to plug both the drive and an HDMI cable into your '30 at the same time -- they don't even touch (I was a little worried about that at first because the ports are so close together).

I use this Samsung adaptor which can be used with anything USB. I'm currently using it to pull pictures off my DSLR using the card reader in the pic.

It's just your typical 32 GB Flash Drive with two USB adapters: a standard male USB adapter and a standard male micro-USB adaptor. Great for transfering files and such from your Z30 to a computer, or from a computer to your Z30. Just another option and I like to have lots of options.
Thanks a lot for the explanation.
I'm really jealous. I wish the Q10 had USB OTG aswell, especially because I already like to pipe it through HDMI, connect bluetooth accessories and use it as a PC on my desk. USB OTG would turn it into a complete PC.

Are there any external USB OTG adapters? So one could use flash drives etc on phones that are not the Z30?

Yes, there are OTG (On The Go) USB Adapter cables like the one shown in "gebco's" post above. You can find some nice ones on Amazon for just a few dollars.

    Thanks for your reply.
I just looked around and from my understanding all of these cheap adapters require the device to support USB OTG to begin with.

That is correct and the Z30 does just that
Thanks for clarifying, though I specifically asked if there were adapters that could give let's say a Q10 USB OTG functionality.

I don't think that is possible, as the device has to firstly have all the drivers in its OS present to support this and also has to have the special wired USB port
