Thanks... seems there is really no issue and I now have the bar file as well for the BlackBerry version I'd assume. I know someone had put the notifications on to see if they go right to the Hub; was waiting to here back to see if the notifications come through. It's usually multiple notifications daily which is one of the great features of the app that my dad wouldn't go without. Wish Verizon would just support BB10 with these apps!

Aw man... the Cowboys! lol Total NFC East clash here. Was avoiding the team as our fans don't have a reputation for being the classiest ones haha.

Anyway, I appreciate the update. Do you have any of the notifications set for Dallas?

Know a lot of his notifications are from the team news, whether it's draft info or continuous nonsense on our ridiculous QB situation lol.

Haha, I can now. Didn't take much notice before. I'll play nice even if we stole one of your best players lol. Funny joke around here is to stay with Philly you have to be mediocre as we seem to get rid of our best every damn year from Jackson (understandable) to this year with Shady (idiotic).

Hoping there is some grand plan with our quarterback because right now it seems like insanity. I'd rather have Vick back... he at least was accurate when he had time just didn't know when to slide and took hit after hit with us.

Will be an interesting season for sure. Thanks to your lovely Cowboys we missed the playoffs. All we had to do was beat you towards the end, didn't happen and last year slipped away.

My dad has a very expensive bottle of wine that he's had for probably decades now that he will drink when we get our Superbowl win. He just told us not that long ago that if he dies before it happens to save it for my sister and I to drink if it happens in our lifetime. Like I said, he's definitely dedicated. Had to talk him down after our SB mishap with McNabb lol... getting way off topic haha, hope you are a real fan.

We have too many jump the bandwagon "I'm a Dallas fan" when they do well. Hasn't been much of an issue lately although you guys had a good season last year as well... damn still off-topic.

Anyway, so I guess it is a no to notifications in the hub from the Android version? Appreciate it! Sucks though, really wanna keep him on BB10. Not sure if the bar file will work so holding on to that. Still deciding on the Z30 for him; a bit short on spare cash at the moment eh.

Not sure if it's a version issue or if it is because this is the BlackBerry 10 version (albeit a older version.)

So I haven't really messed around with the NFL app. Is the problem with the Google Play version simply no notifications? Because I can live with that. Coming from an iPhone I know the NFL updates their app constantly with new schedules, new playoff brackets, etc. I wouldn't want to use an old version just for notifications.

Yeah it just seems to be a notifications issue. May not seem like much, but kinda a deal breaker for my dad. For myself, and probably everyone here, the Android version is more than adequate. I still have to try the bar file; thanks again! Not sure if it'll work being sideloaded on a GSM Z30, but will try it Friday (my day off). Have little more than a week to get it if I wanna do a bday surprise!

There's a new version of the NFL app this morning. I don't see specific team alerts anymore, but overall the app is really streamlined now. And runs really well in my Z30.
