    Love this new Z30 but having difficulty in opening apps I've downloaded. When I try again and click on install the app tells me it's been downloaded but onto my previous Samsung handset? I am not a geeky smartphone person but get by and hate to be beaten by this kinda thing. Any advice in layman's terms would be very much appreciated. Tks

    It sounds like you're downloading from the Amazon app store? Clarify that, please and which app you are downloading.
