I love the look of this with the solid design materials. My big hands would handle this one well.

Tempting...especially the bigger battery
I personally do not like all touch screen phones, but I do find myself drawn to the Z10 and Z30. I hope this Blackberry helps attract people whom desire to have devices with big screens.
I feel the same way. Using my playbook I find myself using bridge so I can type with my 8530. I would have liked to upgrade long ago but have found that the only phones with halfway decent specs were full touch screen models, the only qwerty phones were mid tier at best and of poor quality. That the main reason I have stayed with Blackberry for long:the fact that they still make high quality qwerty phones and the high general build quality. Unlike the cheep plastic phones put out by some companies. (COUGH! Samsung)
hmm different tastes.1st gen skip for me.Half assed design no where as thought out design as the 10/5 design.Non removable battery ,amoled you can see it suffer in the guys hand due to with all the light, darkthem sucks.I will get to 5 inch phone eventually its the future ,but this is first gen skip for me looks like testing teh waters first attempt.I'll be very intrested when its lcd,ips screen, but for now pass Q5 still my next device and have fun people.
Everyone did see it said X00 and not Z00 by the battery in this one, right?

I'm getting one

maybe there are two different prototypes(quad core and dual core) since before the leaked showed Z00 in the back of the phone and this one had X00
I'm a Q guy all the way, however this phone does look very appealing!
Worlds biggest sims and memory card door lol
I can't wait for this phone.

Looks sweet as sucrose. The only word I understood was Super AMOLED. Don't blow the dark theme option BBRY.

SUPER!!!!!!
Looks 1mm thicker than Z10 tbh
I like the aesthetics of this phone a lot!!

*IF* it isn't 1080p then it is.
That being said it really lools.like 1080p... I admit it looks awesomely fast and got some decent design there... if all these are true and v10.2 indeed brings decent Android 4.2 performance then I'll give BB another chance and get this device from TMO.

It does have quad core. A quad core gpu but there's no need for it since the OS runs smoothly with QNX in its core. The phone performance is pretty fast. Have you tried the Z10?

Ahhh... **** that. This phone will do fine. It's not a DOA. BlackBerry needs to market this to appeal to the people.

No, **** that dumb opinion of marketing ANOTHER Z10, only with a half inch bigger scrwen but same resolution...
...typical clueless idea, hallmark sign of the old BB base.

Please, stop.with this inane crap callibg a phone quad-core when it's not - it's ALWAYS about rhe CPU unless otherwise EXPLICITLY noted (eg dual-core phone with a quad-core GPU.)
Also touting QNX as the reason for the OS running smooth clearly shows the utter lack of understanding how the OS works so you might want to drop it...

Given it is named the Z30, maybe we can expect a 4.6-inch Z20 :)

Even though I love my Z10, I MIGHT be giving it to my fiance to get the Z30. Either way I will be getting this kick a$$ phone.

If the back door is just for allowing the sim and sd card, why not incorporate a side door like the Bold 9000, then have a fully sealed Z30?

I think it might be used in the way Samsung deals with the flip cover for their phones?
