My camera has the standard size SD card. While on trips I would like to be able to "read" the camera's SD card using my Z30 and email the day's photos to myself and others. Is there a gizmo that could do that, or is there a tablet that will accept the standard SD card that could do the emailing?

    Thanks,

    Lee

Get a USB OTG hub, plug it into the Z30 and then plug the card reader/USB adapter for the SD card into the hub.
You can then read it via the File Manager as if it were an addition SD card in the Z30.
You can also hook a keyboard and mouse to the hub and use them to input and control the Z30.

If you don't want to use a powered USB OTG hub, you can use an adapter cable with the micro USB plug to the Z30 on one end and a regular USB socket on the other.
The camera SD card will need to be in FAT or FAT32 format, NTFS doesn't appear to be supported yet.

I have both a Startech and a very small micro adapter (S-K25). Both work great with my multi card readers and USB pen drives. I have a 64GB Sandisk drive with an AVI file on it and it plays great. Pictures, doc/txt/pfd/excel files no problems! Does not work with NTFS nor SD/Micro-SD, but Sony Pro-Duo is supported (OS 10.2.1).
