    Got my Z30 yesterday via fedex....no sim which honestly idc I have extras laying around. But it also might be because I paid outright for the phone. One thing that kind of bothers me about this phone is the earpiece sound quality is very low even at the highest volume the sound is still low.

    No SIM with mine when I called Verizon they just told me to move SIM from my z10 to z30. Just sold my z10 on ebay for $201.50 so covered the cost of the new z30. Not a bad deal.

    You only get a new 4G SIM card if you're coming from a 3G phone. I was coming from the 9930 and the old SIM wouldn't be compatible with the new technology so they included a new 4G SIM. It's listed right on the shipping information.

    Not true, I had a Z10 when I ordered my Z30, VZW knew, and they still sent me a new SIM.

    Did you order it out of contract? If so, I don't think they usually send a sim then either.

    Yes I ordered it off contract. But like I said, my Z10 is on contract. I just swapped devices, but they still sent me a SIM.
