No additional shortcuts- just the same six you see on the Z10

Battery life is really really good- I'll say that better than any phone I have tested. Easily lasted me over a day and a half where most phones barely survive the day.

Yep- certainly makes copy/paste much easier. The larger screen also helps in making sure you tap on the right area.

This may seem a bit of an odd question but I'd like to know how the browser looks when in portrait mode on a site like google news. Does it look alright or do you find yourself switching to landscape mode for easier reading.

Excellent review. I really liked the sound test. I played it through a full sound system off my PC and you could tell the difference.

Good review! You said it would last a day and a half. Is that with brightness set to halfway or at full? What about LTE? On or did you set it to 4G?

What is the boot up time for large games like Asphalt 7 or Race Racing 3? I've noticed that on my Z10 and Q10 it takes forever, can u run a comparison test and upload a video?

so actually the main difference between the Z30 and the Q10 is the GPU and a overclocked CPU......and ofcourse the screen....they should have do better, although the OS may does not need it ( doubt that ) they should have put in to the best of the best to make this a device that people want, sure the diehard fans will always buy one , but i talk about the regular people ( like myself )

great review, although from the clip you did of the videos on the HTC and Z30, the color rendition on the Z30 looks more vivid then the HTC, the HTC looks to bright and whited out while the slightly darker Z30 have nicer coloring

Since android runtime update to 4.2 (leak), I have been amazed how great and fluid the games work.

Take for instance subway surf or temple run 2. From my testing, it is native fast and pretty sure smoother than most android smartphones.

Developer's can port these easily. I hope things change, BlackBerry have opened the possibility.

the CPU on the Z30 is not just overclocked, its a whole different CPU, its a 1.7GHz krait 300 while the Z10 and Q10 are 1.5GHz krait 200, the Z30 is about 25% faster then the Z10
