    Updated my Z30 a week or so ago to 10.3.1.1581. Found the mic not working 2 days ago. Never dropped or banged the cell phone. Have since ran BBVE and the mic records and plays back a terribly, but I do hear the recording albeit faint and crackly. Apparently re-installing may resolve my issue. How do I go about re-installing the OS and what OS is currently available?

    The best way to reinstall the OS is using BlackBerry Link. It will automatically install the latest OS on your phone.
