Woo-hoo! This thing rocks. I just finished the transfer from my Z10 so still getting my first impressions. The screen is awesome. The phone is snappy and smooth. Obviously, I just got it so I can't comment on battery life yet.

Typing was awesome on my z10...this looks to be more of the same if not better due to the slightly larger key size.

I loaded 10.2.0.1803 immediately so I don't know what the stock os looks like. 1803 has the dark theme.

So after having it for a couple of days now. This phone is still rocking! I will have to say that it is definitely a two handed phone. That has been the biggest adjustment for me because I used my z10 primarily one handed except when typing. You can one hand the z30 if needed but it gets awkard. As already commented...typing rocks. the screen looks great. Games play awesome. The browser works great. Watching videos is incredible. All good!

I was using the z10 naked...but I'm considering the otterbox commuter case for the z30. the phone feels great in the hand, but the back is a little slick for my liking.

Yeah I'm with you on that. I ordered a Z30 from Canada to use on T-Mobile and I love this phone.

I'm only disappointed that this phone is not having that really deserves...anyway I have abandoned my pc, I have used with the USB hub and Miracast dongle...amazing guys.. streaming and music using natural sound.. so smooth.. for me is the work reference and media center

Battery check...my z30 came off of the charger at 5:30 this morning. It is now at 15% at 9:20 PM. My z10 would have needed at least one battery change out or time on the charger to have made it through the day.

I too am loving the Z30; left Sprint just to get it. How a few questions though (hope it's ok asking them here).

1 - how can I get BBM video to work? Downloaded BBM on my Android phone but get video. Do I have to connect to another BB10 phone?

2 - My Facebook pictures do not update and some aren't present like it was on my 9900.

3. My contacts from Outlook are missing certain parameters now on my Z30 that were present with my 9900; like categories, being able to label "work 1" and "work 2" for numbers and the like. Think there are a few other issues I have with the Outlook sync.

4. Can the Z30 go into sleep mode immediately when plugged in like I did with my 9900 or do have to tell it to do each time?

I have a few other things I miss from my 9900 but I'm wondering how much is embeded in the OS and I just have to find it.

1). BBM video only works right now between bb10 phones. I think it may be coming to android and iPhone in the future.

2). Sorry...I don't do Facebook so I can't help you out

3). I don't know about outlook sync, but it is a little different mechanism to add phone numbers as compared to my old bold 9930. There is an "Add Field" option on the bottom of the screen to use to add additional phone numbers or email addresses.

4) the sleep mode on bb10 is really cool. When you plug it in...you just swipe down from the top to pull down a "blind" that puts you in bedside mode.

I haven't found that option on my z30. It actually would have been helpful on my z10 because LTE is spotty at my office while 3g is solid. I was actually getting better data performance out if my bold because the z10 was trying to use a spotty LTE stream as opposed to falling back on 3g. So far, that doesn't seem to be an issue for my z30. Either they have upped the LTE coverage or the z30 does a better job of using the signal it can find.
