    My z30 always complains that my phone's memory is almost full. Checking the stats I noticed it's just 13gb and it's really annoying. is it like this for everyone else?

    That's 13 GB of user accessible memory, not including dedicated system files.

    No, but moving all your data there sure will clear up some space.

    It's normal. Mine also shows around 13 GB.

    Check your apps and set their data location storage to the SD card when possible.

    Every operating system requires space too. Besides, please do read about the difference of binary and decimal in computing memory space.
