    I am selecting light theme by turning dark theme off in my contact list but it's not changing to light even after I close and re-open the app.

    Yes your correct, they will not change, but I use the dark so I never checked.

    Just checked and was able to switch to light background.

    Go into contacts
    Swipe down and hit settings
    Switch to Dark Background to off
    Flick up to put Contacts in Active frame
    Hit X to close Contacts
    Swipe to your HUB (not sure why, but worked for me)
    Swipe back to main screen
    Reopen Contacts

    Z30 on VZW from Philly

    It's a dev release so bugs are expected, and like I say I love the dark theme and it's better for battery life,

    Updated OS and Bug is gone.. Can now change Contacts to Light Theme.

    Earlier was fine. I restore an old settings. That might be the problem. But the old backup was also from the same version of OS.

    Yea.. It might have to do with restoring a backup.. cause mine was working.. I restore backup and it stop working.
