I've ordered replacement screen from eBay with all tools included. The replacement itself is pretty easy task.
If your phone is still under warranty then better contact the service center.

Warranty won't cover the display if you drop it.

    You better replace it yourself.

Etrade Supply sells OEM screen. I've done it twice in my Z30 and basically it's brand new again. Feels like I've bought it since day one.

I've replaced my broken screen once too, it's a fairly easy process and now feels somewhat like a brand new phone. It's quite cheap to purchase the replacement screen.

BTW, there's a step by step tutorial on youtube how to replace the screen. Takes no more than 5 minutes.

I replaced it myself with a new screen that I bought on Amazon. Super easy to do, half the price of bringing it in somewhere, and you don't have to drop off your phone with some repair shop for days.
