I just noticed when trying to listen to music and do anything else on my Z30, the music starts popping and cracking. At least it does thru my bt headset. Anyone else?

Suggestions? Third party player? Wait for an update?

I've noticed this too when I use Sync in my truck, but it only happens to me on the 1st song. I also noticed this while use my Z10 before I got my Z30, but sadly I still havent found a fix for it.

It might have something to do within any of the 10.2.X.XXXX os
since my z10 was doing this before the 10.2.1.1055 leak

I noticed on my VZW Z30 that there is more background white noise than on my Z10. When I turn the volume all the way down on both I hear the base line white noise/static, but it is much more prominent on the Z30. Is it because it has 3 speakers? Or is there a defect?

I'm having the exact same issue with my new Z30 OS 10.2.1.176 in my car.

Music playback and voice navigation from mapping app have lots crackles/pops and static. Bluetooth also lost connectivity. Oddly, so far I haven't noticed the same thing for handsfree voice calls through bluetooth. Previous Q10 and two Z10s had no issues with my car.

Move your device closer to the bluetooth device. I found that the bt will work but u will hear static unless the devices are really close together
