    Nope been told 3 times so far no stock coming in tomorrow be with you next day. When I ordered I thought no has stock so gonna have to wait few day but when the stock came in I should have one of the first to get it.

    Well mine is due here today. Not sure what to believe. If it turns up then great but not holding my breath. They'd told me me on the phone that even though their automated system sends out a Parcel Force tracking number to me, that's actually not what always happens. So another contradiction to their process. We'll see............

    Well mine has turned up!

    Seems to be different stories for different people.

    Only thing I can recommend is you speak to the helpful woman on the cancellation option as she sorted my phone and it's here.

    What really "bad word" me off is that people who ordered after me have got it before me congrats to them but it's poor customer service at their end in my opinion. Out of interest did you buy yours out right or did you go for a contract if so who with?

    Bought it sim free no contract. Do you think that is making a difference? And I agree. Very shoddy you are left dangling for what is obviously something straight forward if the rest of us are getting deliveries.

    It is shoddy I agree. Thinking about it network shouldn't make a difference as vodafone have released it now. It might be th fact that you paid full price so are not a risk and they have the money now with me I'm risk as they have to wait a certain amount of time for their commission from Vodafone.

    I looked at buying from this company, but online reviews all indicated that they were in the habit of claiming stock they didn't have, long delays on shipping, and inability to contact, so I ordered from Expansys instead. Slight delay caused by my credit card fraud team being vigilant, but otherwise delivered as promised and very happy with my Z30!
