I am reading that the new update for the Operating system will allow Google and android apps to work on the Z30. My company uses MobileIron for access to company emails. Will I now be able to load and Utilize it after this updated system is available later this month or in January?

Quite possibly. There are some Android apps, typically those that interact with the GooglePlay store/system, that don't.

MobileIron is an Android centrc MDM. Is also supports iPhone and Windows Phone but not BlackBerry.

Mobile Iron announced BB10 support back in February, and it's still on their site, though not seeing an app in App World.

The limited support Mobile Iron offered in Feb is nothing more than what you could already do with EAS.

You should still be able to setup email. All you need is the server info. What will not be there is full BES 10 type device management. No seperation of Work from Personal with Balance.
