    So I just purchased a used Z30 in the marketplace last week. Phone arrived Friday, and I switched my devices today. Old Z30 to new used Z30.

    New Z30 is missing native core apps. Alarm clock, file manager, pictures app, and music app. Also, it is erroring when trying to download drivers for my SD card.

    I hoped that the switch devices, backup /restore, would correct this, but it didn't.

    Any advice. I'm stumped. Factory reset and restore using BlackBerry Link didn't fix either.

    I talked to the seller, and he was very apologetic, he forgot to restore the phone, he had stripped it down. Anyhow, trying an autoloader.

    Just thought I should share that!

    I've finally joined forces big boys and girls of CrackBerry. All these years of Blackberry and CrackBerry (since the Storm), and never tried autoloading.

    Should've done this ages ago.
