    I'm on 10.3.3, and I still have it. I don't think you can delete it or uninstall it. You sure you didn't just move it inside another folder?

    No and it's very weird. I also can't find the icon that takes you to where you can test your phones functions. Turn your phone sideways to test the rotation etc. Maybe I'm just loosing my mind...
