    I went into Selfridges to see what I thought if it. I was there, playing with the demo model and this lovely man appeared, asking me what phone I have already. Told him I had the Z10, so he had a chat with me on what I think. I told him about side loading and told him how to do it. He was lovely, down to earth, friendly. Spent about 20 minutes with him. He was very knowledgeable on the Z and really knew his stuff. He even had some good banter with my girlfriend and her iPhone. I was so pleased how lovely and friendly he was. Also, I love it. A lot.

    Cant wait to get mine. Hopefully they offer it online like the z10 is now. Glad your experience was good, lots of sales staff are really pushy.

    I got mine from Selfridges yesterday. Mines an STA100-2.

    Coming from a Z10, the screens not quite as sharp, but still nice. Screen brightness is a little darker than the Z10 as well, but when you get used to it, this phone rocks.

    Noticeably quicker than the 10!!

    Dark version of Crackberry is v.nice too

    Can you tell me if the retail package include the phone case and external battery pack / charger. It's something that I've seen in a couple of unboxing videos but is hardly ever mentioned. It goes a little way to making the high asking price a bit more palatable (the accessories provided are worth around 30 pounds by themselves). Now if only wireless charging was included as well.......

    No it just comes with the USB cable, wall charger and earphones unfortunately.

    I bought it as I love how BB10 OS runs, but wanted a bigger screen. The Z30 is the best of both!

    It is on the side of the box, it is really important I had Mexican made 9900 and I repaid it two times, my z10 made in Canada STL-2 and it us really great, so the phone picked up from Selfridges made in?
