    Hey guys!
Not sure if this post is in the right place but I'll put it up anyways. For every one who was curious as how to load instagram without getting that dreadful "incompatible camera" message, here's a quick way to side load it!

    1) Download 2 instagram .bar files : one has to be an older version (2.3 or whatever) and the other has to be the NEWEST .bar file available right now (I think it's either 3 or 4.2 but not sure of the version numbers)

    2) connect your phone to whatever side loading method you use (I use Chrome extension-super fast)

    3) Side load the older version first, then go into your phone, open it up and try to log in. It will give you an error. Move that version of instagram into another folder and keep it there. (you will not use it, but we just move it so you don't get the two confused)

    4) now go back and side load the NEW version, then disconnect your phone from the computer.

    5) open up the new version (make sure to keep the other version hidden away in a folder) and tada your up and running!

Oh and don't delete the old version cuz the new one will stop working.

I've done this method on my z10 and now on my z30 and it's working perfectly.

If anyone has any questions, ask away!

How about using the unlocked runtime from 10.2.1.641. I have it installed over 10.2.1791 on my z10. I use debug method and have converted the 4.2.1 instagram apk the newest runtime fixes the instagram keyboard issue. Won't that work the same on the z30?

I uploaded the new runtime and loaded the instagram app. Works fine but I forgot to add the android keyboard and now can't type. Really hope the instagram app comes soon.

That definitely will work to, but I was trying to come up with the easiest way, for people who don't know how or don't want to do anything to complicated! My keyboard doesn't work in the app, but no big deal for me as I don't leave to many comments. Mostly just browse pictures!

I actually just read if I load up the latest bar file it works fine with the android runtime I have installed so I just need to load up the latest bar file. The one I have is old.

I post comments, view and like Instagram from Flipboard available on the Z30 natively (not sideloaded). The only thing you really then need Instagram is for posting new material

Hi, I have the 4.0.2 Instagram running (debug token method) on my new Z30 and baby Zed. Can you tell me where I could grab the 4.2.1 apk file? Would love to give it a run. Yes the keyboard issue is a pain. Thanks in advance.

I'm running the unlocked runtime on Z30STA100-2/10.2.1.641 with Instagram 4.2 with no issues and keyboard works properly too. No debug token required.

Hi I am using OS 10.2.0.415

I would prefer to use the debug token method, however cannot seem to be able to install a debug token on the phone. Any other methods? Desperate to sideload a bunch of apps on the device.

You can install the unlocked runtime with DDPB like any other .bar file. That's what I did. Then just find an instagram .bar of whatever flavour you want and install it with DDPB as well.
