    Hello,
    Its a time to leave BlackBerry world and maybe moving to android...
    If I sell my Z30, could you please tell me what need to doing before I sell it? Install OS again with autoloader or soft hard reset is ok? And how about BlackBerry id? Will it lock the phone if buyer make a new id?

    Turn off BlackBerry Protect on your device and online. Then you can do a security wipe.
