For work purposes I have an iPhone 6s in addition to my Z30, so I am using both. My contacts are sync with iCloud and these reflect in my Outlook but don't sync on my Z30. What am I missing?

So I think I have found the solution and it was in the BlackBerry device itself. It allows to configure a CardDav account with iCloud and therefore now all devices including Outlook are synced at the same time. So no sync through Outlook but the other way around.

Hi! This post is dated April. Outlook had many issues and wasn't sync properly. So Meanwhile I have dropped Outlook and I am now utilizing emClient instead. Very similar interface of Outlook but more stable and fully integrated with iCloud. I truly suggest you to skip Outlook. Microsoft goes through endless facelifting but no real upgrades. I totally dropped it. I have also swap my Z30 for a DTEK. I am now living a second life.
