Sooo. this just happened. i was able to install the leaked version of 10.2.1.1925 on my Z30 a few weeks ago and everything has been going buttery smooth till now. i just kinda got curious about snap ( i use a website called apk installer that works better than snap but thats just me haha) so I decided to give t a whirl. i followed step by step the instructions by blaze on how to install snap via google chrome. it wouldnt read or find my device when plugged in. ok, ill try ddpb or sachsi. same problem. wont read my phone. at first i thought it was my pc that was acting up but alas it is not as everything else reads and works perfect when plugged in, except for my beloved Z30..... im guessing the usb is messed up somehow. it still charges and all that but nothing else works....anyone have any ideas on how to fix? and yes i know, i know if all else fails wipe and reinstall fresh...but that didnt work either. so any other tips? i just want snap. nothing else but my stupid Z30 usb is broken :crying:

Do you have BlackBerry Link installed?

Restart them both, even though BlackBerry Link should launch when you plug it in, but go to storage on the Z30 and enable USB mass storage.

Also run Blackberry Virtual Expert it's in BBWORLD If you don't already have it. I think there's a USB port test it'll run.
