    BlackBerry logo is just missing for a few days and I think that drains my battery. Is there a solution?

    I know it will sound like a dumb question on my part, but is either WiFi or data enabled and if WiFi is, are you in range of the source?

    It usually happen when your device Apn etc has conflict with your carrier setting!

    Sometimes this happens to both my BB10 devices if I've say been within range of wi fi for a long time and go back into the the real world.

    I live in a town centre so my wi fi connection is pretty much constant at home and through town and to work so I've found if I leave that comfort of wi fi the phones have a bit of a melt down that they've got to go it alone and I lose the blackberry services indicator.

    How to rectify it? I tend to drop it into flight mode for 10-30 seconds and it usually kicks it into gear once you turn flight mode off. Sometimes I have to do this a couple of times but usually works.....
