This is the screen I get when I try to update. I have been getting this screen for the last two days.

This is so frustrating.




I security wiped the phone to switch the BlackBerry account on it. And this happened.

Well, you have two options.

1) Try again later.
2) Take matters into your own hands and use an autoloader and update it yourself.

Or attach USB and try to update via Link.

I don't understand what are you trying to do. You have the latest Rogers software already installed. I have the same revision.

Maybe OP saw the "Rogers releases OS 10.3.0.1418" on the banner up top and neglected to see "for the BlackBerry Passport" part.

Okay, just an update to my Z30,

The update server works, and I have updated the Z30, even though the OS number itself did not change, it just added some generic apps on my homescreen.

Anyways, I was mostly just worried why I cannot connect to the update server more so than actually getting the update. I just wanted to make sure that the Z30 is able to detect the upcoming updates.

Whatever the case, the issue is resolved now.
