    when I try to update my phone it says , its the latest version of OS .... but my OS is still 10.2 ... I need 10.3 ..but it does show me that update ..help me

    you are going to have to update your phone yourself probably. Choose from the OS list here:

    yea I tried, but it dint work... more over we don't have carrier phones in INDIA... my brother gifted me this z30

    Even I bought my z30 in U.S and using here in India(a.p).
    My phone received regular updates through OTA.

    My phone is STA005 version and is now with 10.3.2
    Try to remove the sim and then check for updates
