    i tried to change password in my mobile.. after setting the password i forgot the passcode i tried too many attempts it asks the acount id ... unfortunetly i restarted mobile .. now it is asking the login account details which i was forgot ... please someone help me to get rid of this...

    You have to remember your login credentials or ask BlackBerry, there's no other way.

    Attempt 10 times and auto security wipe, and set up new ID. Tattoo the ID and passwords on body.

    That doesn't work. The wipe has already occurred and he is being asked by BlackBerry Protect to provide the original BBID to continue, which he doesn't remember.

    Nothing can be done. Either remember the BBID, or send the device back to BlackBerry with a proof of purchase.

    Yes if you did not remove your ID before selling it.

    Before selling it, do a security wipe on the device by going into settings and typing in your ID and password. This will clear out your details from the device so that you won't have to give your details to the second owner and the second owner won't have a problem with the device.
