HTML compositing is disabled after updating Blackberry OS update

Hi,

I have updated my blackberry OS to beta version.

But when I was replying to someone email, it is replying in text mode only.
One message is displaying that "it is disable by IT policy".

I was loving its HTML composing in blue colour.

how can I get that back ?
